We are excited to be apart of Western Michigan University’s 1st wave of South Neighborhood revitalization!! The new Arcadia Flats student housing project will allow the upperclassman an innovated place to live, learn, network and relax.  The cutting edge design will provide a model of communal 21 century housing with multiple living options.  The apartment style units will have a long rectangular floor plan that will include a kitchen, bathroom and living area both in a studio or two bedroom layout.  The Arcadia Flats will have state of the art gathering areas as well.
