Strata Design partnered with SmithGroup/Callison RTKL and Barton Malow/Christman Joint Venture in the McLaren Port Huron Hospital South Tower project.  This 175,000 square foot new addition took approximately four years from conceptual design to completion.  We built the headwall systems, nurse stations, cabinets and countertops for the entire project.  Our work was proudly featured in the winter edition of Design Solution publication.  According to Steve Busen, the Construction manager, “Strata’s millwork design solution for the nurse stations proved to be a great value compared to the modular furniture design that was originally planned.  This wasn’t an easy task, but in the end the custom nurse stations exceeded many expectations in terms of quality and aesthetics.”  Photos courtesy of James Haefner.
